Terms of service

Welcome to Stacked Carbon LLC ("Stacked Carbon," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of stackedcarbon.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  1. Products and Fitment

Stacked Carbon sells carbon fiber automotive exterior parts and related accessories designed for specific vehicle makes, models, and model years as listed on each product page. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that a product is compatible with their specific vehicle before purchasing. We are not responsible for parts ordered for the wrong vehicle, trim, or model year.

Many of our products are handmade from real carbon fiber. As a natural result of this process, slight variations in weave pattern, texture, or finish may occur between individual units. These variations are a normal characteristic of genuine carbon fiber and are not considered defects.

  1. Shipping

Most items are stocked in-house and ship out the next business day after purchase, with delivery typically completed within 5 business days. On rare occasions, an item may not be in stock and is sourced from a manufacturing partner; in these cases, delivery can take approximately 15-25 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Stacked Carbon are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, incorrect fitment selected by the customer, change of mind, or delays in shipping.

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law. This applies to all products regardless of price, condition, or reason for the request.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit or is defective upon arrival, you must contact us at stackedcarbon@stackedcarbon.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including for damaged or defective items.

  1. Installation

Some products require drilling, adhesive mounting, or professional installation. Installation instructions, where provided, are general guidance only. Stacked Carbon is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, product, or person resulting from installation, whether performed by the customer or a third party.

  1. Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including product selection, vehicle fitment, shipping address, and quantity. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at the time of purchase.

  1. Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

  1. Customer Service

For any customer service inquiries, including order status, product questions, or issues with a damaged item, please contact us at stackedcarbon@stackedcarbon.com. We do not offer phone or live chat support at this time and aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product photography, is the property of Stacked Carbon LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stacked Carbon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site, including but not limited to damage to your vehicle, loss of use, or installation-related issues.

  1. Chargebacks

Any chargeback filed against a valid, undisputed order will be contested with full documentation, including order confirmation, communication records, and shipping/delivery proof. We reserve the right to refuse future service to any customer who files a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
